Manage Call Features

One Talk call features give you control over your professional communications, allowing you to customize settings like Call Forwarding, Do Not Disturb, etc.

Before you begin

In order for Enhanced Dialer functions to work on supported smartphones, the line must be provisioned with the One Talk Dialer feature (SFO 83121).
A limited set of these functions are available in the Native Dialer settings for iOS devices, while others can be managed through Feature Access Codes.

Mobile App Features

  1. Open the
    One Talk app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    3-line Menu
    Settings
    Call Features
    .
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to configure the following settings as preferred:
    • Call-Through
      Select
      Call-Through
       or
      App Dialing
       mode.
      Not available on tablets.
    • Call Forwarding
      For more details, refer to View / Manage Call Forward Settings.
      • Call Forwarding Always
      • Call Forwarding Busy
      • Call Forwarding No Answer
    • Transfer to my cell
      • Phone number selection
      • On/Off
    • Do Not Disturb - On/Off
    • Anonymous Call Rejection - On/Off
    • Voice Mail
      • Greeting selection
      • Record greeting

Enhanced Dialer Features

    Settings

  3. Tap
    One Talk settings
     to display call forwarding options.
