One Talk Portal
Update Extension Number

If a One Talk device like a desk phone is reassigned or moved, its extension may need to be changed. This task allows admins to edit the device's configuration and assign a new extension number.

Steps

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage Account
     from the top navigation bar.
  3. From the Product Portals section, click
    One Talk
    .
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage lines and devices
    .
  5. If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
    Devices tab
    .
  6. Click the applicable phone number in the left column.
  7. Click
    Edit
    .
  8. Enter the extension info then click
    Submit
    .
