Samsung Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016) - Customize Your Home Screen
Personalizing the Home screen on your Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016) makes daily tasks easier. Add, remove, or arrange apps, use widgets, or set a wallpaper that matches your style.
Add Apps
- Touch and hold the appropriate app icon.
- Drag the app icon to the preferred Home screen location then release.
Add Widgets
- From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
- TapWidgets.
- Touch and hold a widget.
- Drag the widget to the preferred Home screen then release.
- If applicable, tap additional options to activate the widget.
Add / Remove Folders
- From a Home screen, touch and hold an app (e.g., Calendar).
- Drag the app onto another app (e.g., Gmail) then release it to add an unnamed folder.
- Do one of the following:
- To rename the folder:
- Tap the folder.
- Tap theTitle bar.
- Enter a name then tapDone.
- To remove a folder:
- Drag the app(s) out of an existing folder until the folder disappears.
Remove Apps / Widgets
- From a Home screen, touch and hold the item (e.g., widget, apps, etc.).
- Drag the item toRemovethen release.
Set Wallpaper
- Open theGallery app.
- Tap the preferred picture.
- Tap theMenu icon

For prepaid device, tapMore. - TapSet as wallpaper.
- Tap one of the following:
- Home and lock screens
- Home screen
- Lock screen
- Adjust the crop frame as desired then tapSET AS WALLPAPER.
