Whether you're troubleshooting, decluttering, or no longer using Verizon Cloud, removing the app can help streamline your Apple® iPhone® or iPad® and keep things running smoothly.

Before you begin

Deleting the Verizon Cloud app doesn't cancel your Verizon Cloud subscription.
If parental controls are enabled, do the following:
  1. Navigate
    Settings
    Screen Time
    Content & Privacy Restrictions
    .
    If prompted, enter the passcode.
  2. Navigate:
    iTunes & App Store Purchases
    Deleting Apps
    Allow
    .

Steps

  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold the
    Verizon Cloud icon
    .
  2. Tap
    Remove App
     then tap
    Delete App
    .
  3. To confirm, tap
    Delete
    .
