Remove Message LimitsGive your child more flexibility with their messaging. Here is how to remove message limits using the Verizon Family Guardian app.
Before you begin
Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian's device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
Ensure the child's device is powered off prior to adding or removing limits.
Steps
- Open the Verizon Family Guardian app.
- Tap theFamily Profiles tab.
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapRestrict usage.
- TapText Limits.
- TapRemove limit.
- To confirm, tapRemove.
