Remove Data LimitsIf you need to lift data restrictions on your child's phone, check out how to quickly update or remove data limits in the Guardian app.
Before you begin
Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian's device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
Ensure the child's device is powered off prior to adding or removing limits.
Steps
- Open the Verizon Family Guardian app.
- Tap theFamily Profiles tab.
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapRestrict usage.
- TapData limits.
- TapRemove limit.
- To confirm, tapRemove.
