GizmoHub App - Add a Caregiver

Here's how to add a caregiver via the GizmoHub app.
  • Check out the GizmoHub FAQ page for more info.
  • Caregivers can only be added via the GizmoHub app on the Guardian's smartphone.
  1. Open the
    GizmoHub app
    .
  2. Tap
    More
    .
  3. Tap
    Manage contacts
    .
  4. Tap the
    Add Contact icon
    .
  5. Configure the following then tap
    Next
    :
    • Tap to Select Image
    • Enter Contact's Name
    • Enter Mobile Number
      Tap the Address Book to add a contact from your address book.
  6. From the 'Relationship & permissions' screen configure the following:
    • What does your child call this person?
      Choose an option from the dropdown menu (e.g., Mommy, Daddy, Home, etc.).
    • Permission Level
      From the dropdown menu, tap
      Caregiver
      .
  7. Tap the following to turn on or off then tap
    Save
    :
    • Time & Location Alerts
    • Activity Alerts
    • Auto-answer calls
  8. Tap
    Send Invitation
    .
    The contact receives a text message with a link to download the GizmoHub app and accept the invitation.
