Declutter your digital storage by clearing out unneeded documents, pictures, and videos from your Verizon Cloud account using any desktop web browser.
  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to mycloud.verizon.com.
  2. Navigate to the desired content (e.g., Photos & videos, Audio, etc.).
  3. Choose the
    Multi-select icon
     Select icon.
  4. Check the box next to each item you want to delete.
  5. Select the
    Delete icon
    .
  6. Review the message then select
    Move to Trash
     to confirm.
  7. To permanently delete files, select
    Trash
     from the Library section then do one of the following:
    If content is deleted from the Trash, it can't be recovered.
    • Delete individual item(s) from trash:
      1. Choose the
        Multi-select icon
         then check the box next to each item you want to permanently delete.
      2. Select the
        Delete icon
        .
      3. Select
        Permanently delete
         to confirm.
    • Delete all items from trash:
      1. Select
        Empty Trash
        .
      2. Select
        Empty Trash
         to confirm.
