Steps

  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to mycloud.verizon.com.
  2. From the Library section, select the appropriate tab (e.g., Photos & Videos, Audio, etc.).
  3. Select the image, video or audio file you want to open.
  4. If necessary, select the
