Here's how to delete your files from the trash on Verizon Cloud via the website.

From a web browser on a computer, sign in to mycloud.verizon.com.

From the Library section, select

Trash

Do one of the following:

Delete individual item(s) from trash

Select the

Multi-select icon

then check the box next to each item you want to permanently delete.

Select the

Trash icon

Select

Permanent Delete

to confirm.

Delete all items from trash

Select

Empty Trash

Select

Empty Trash

to confirm.
