Import Contacts

If your contact list is saved on your computer, the Verizon Cloud website allows you to import that file instead of having to type each entry separately.

Before you begin

Online content (including social media) or content on external hard drives and/or backup servers should be transferred to your computer from the appropriate service first.

When downloading content from a third-party provider or platform, reach out to their support staff for assistance exporting content.

Steps

From a web browser on a computer, sign in to cloud.verizon.com.

Currently, Verizon Cloud contacts can't be viewed using mycloud.verizon.com.

Select the

Upload arrow icon

Select

Choose file

then navigate to the desired contact file.

Select the contact file then navigate:

Open

Import to confirm

Only compatible info is synced to the device.
